Emma has over 3 years of consulting experience with McKinsey and with Delwood Advisory, advising client executive teams and senior management across Europe and APAC across a range of sectors including Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer and Public Sector.

She has functional knowledge across industries including growth strategy, digital transformation, and climate and sustainability strategy.

Prior to joining Delwood Advisory, Emma worked as the Head of Business Operations for Sourceful, a series A start- up focussed on sustainable packaging.
