Performing Arts – Covid-19 mitigation: Helped a major performing arts organization adapt to an expected 70% reduction in audience size due to Covid-19. Worked with the board of directors and leadership team to formulate a mitigation strategy by identifying new revenue sources, expanding customer base, reducing costs and improving fundraising
Chemicals – Business transformation: Led the implementation of an operations excellence program at a leading petrochemical player in the Middle East and helped increase EBITDA by 5%
Energy – Cost reduction: Managed a global cost efficiency program for a large, European, integrated oil company. Helped in-country teams identify, mature and implement opportunities for cost and production efficiency
Mining – Business transformation: Advised a large resources company in Australia on reducing costs and increasing production. Identified opportunities to reduce cost by 20% and increase production by 25%
Public sector – Strategy: Helped develop the cost reduction pathways for a range of low emissions technologies (Green hydrogen, batteries, carbon capture and storage etc) as part of a client project that informed the Australian Governments approach to achieving its Net zero target
