  • Pierre has over 5 years of consulting experience with McKinsey and with Delwood Advisory, advising client executive teams and senior management across Europe, Africa, South-East Asia and Australia 

  • He has functional expertise across a wide set of industries, together with deep experience in corporate strategy and large-scale business transformations

  • In addition to his consulting roles, he spent 4 years at the L’Oréal Group as an International Product Developer and Marketing Manager, where he developed Medical Devices in the Group’s pharmacy/dermo-cosmetic division

  • Aviation – Operations: Defined the commercial structure of an external pilot training program for a major Australian airline, leveraging spare capacity on simulator assets and existing personnel

  • Logistics – Operations: Supported a leading Australian logistics provider in the planning the unification of its legacy TMS systems. Key activities included quantifying CAPEX (incl. sequencing) and run rate savings, as well performing industry benchmarking. Identified AUD$48m in annual savings across five business units through areas such as IT consolidation, shipment overhead reduction, and improved cross-unit transport efficiencies

  • Pharma – Multi-Lever Business Transformation: Managed a team of 4 consultants in leading the Transformation Office of a large-scale transformation programme (+€200m of yoy bottom-line impact), incl. coordination of >10 cost & revenue workstreams, definition of a new organizational target operating model and the implementation of a comprehensive change management strategy

  • Energy – Growth Strategy: Managed a team of 2, working closely with the in-house strategy team of a leading Australian Energy Distributor to define and prioritize a set of long-term Plays & Enablers, forming the basis of a recommended 10-year growth portfolio presented to the Group’s Board  

  • Consumer Goods – Growth Strategy: Managed a team of 3 consultants in supporting a major global FMCG player to define a multi-option, 5-year growth strategy for its Vietnam business, including a comprehensive competitor analysis, route-to-market & investment assessment and local market innovation blueprints 

  • Telco. – Commercial Due Diligence: Led cost-side workstreams of a pre-merger due diligence between two leading international PayTV service providers (+€8b in combined revenue), including building a set of financial models to quantify savings of €420m from product, infrastructure, content, org. & operations synergies
