  • Financial services – Portfolio strategy: Helped fintech evaluate M&A opportunities by analysing financial performance, product portfolio fit, and strategic alignment; led 8+ internal and external stakeholder interviews to support due diligence 

  • Telecom – Organizational design: Established corporate strategy unit (20+ FTEs) for major telecom operator. Analysed current challenges, and interviewed 12+ experts to develop target organizational structure. Supported HR team with recruitment and interview training for new hires

  • Public sector – Data & AI strategy: Supported government entity with development of national Data and AI strategy, projected to have a $30B impact on national GDP over 7 years. Helped to detail the implementation roadmap and charters for 20+ strategic initiatives and 60+ projects 

  • Public sector – Digital strategy: Worked with GCC Ministry to develop National Digital Economy Strategy, anticipated to generate over 250k Digital Economy jobs by 2030. Managed 10+ sub-strategy projects and led an overarching risk assessment and cascade of 100+ strategic KPIs 

  • Public sector – Organizational transformation: Led IT workstream for large-scale organizational transformation for a GCC Ministry. Helped establish IT function with 1,200 FTEs. Presented Target Operating Model to 40+ employees, reviewed 20+ change requests, and oversaw 10+ deliverables 

  • Technology – Operational excellence: Collaborated with product, ops and strategy teams of major ride-hailing player to lead creation of internal OKR dashboard with 50+ metrics to track regional performance
