  • Emma has over 3 years of consulting experience with McKinsey and with Delwood Advisory, advising client executive teams and senior management across Europe and APAC across a range of sectors including financial services, healthcare, Consumer and Public Sector

  • Prior to joining Delwood Advisory, Emma worked as the Head of Business Operations for Sourceful, a series A start- up focussed on sustainable packaging

  • Aged Care – Sustainability Strategy: Completed 2- year sustainability strategy review and strategy board deck for a large aged care provider in Australia, including defining strategy goals, rationale and key initiatives

  • Meat Processing – Inorganic Growth: Completed market scan to identify potential targets for inorganic growth through acquisition or partnership for an Australian meat processing and trading company

  • Public Sector – Financial Strategy: Developed a financial strategy for a €20bn housing retrofit program for a European government, assessing sources of program funding and building scenarios for retrofit funding based on house type and energy rating

  • Financial Services – Digital Transformation: Collaborated with the CTO and CTO’s team to refresh a €800m digital transformation strategy at a UK bank, by assessing realised savings vs target savings, reviewing resourcing allocated to each initiative and identifying required changes to remove blockers and streamline program execution

  • Public Sector – Transformation: Developed a financial model to support transformation initiatives focusing on securing €30bn in tax collections for a European government by identifying areas of inefficiency and sizing tax collections increases arising from program initiatives

  • B2B Electronics – Growth Strategy: Developed B2B market entry & growth strategy for a European electronics business, including assessing growth potential withing existing markets and assessing attractiveness of adjacent markets

  • Financial Services – Digital Transformation: Executed digital transformation for a mortgage product at a European bank, , including defining current and future customer journey, revenue growth and cost reduction potential
