Filip has over 4 years of consulting experience with Bain & Company and with Delwood Advisory, advising client executive teams and senior management across Europe and APAC
He has functional expertise across industries covering buy-and sell-side due diligence, strategy and transformation, together with deep sectorial experience in Telco, Industrials and Financial Services
Prior to becoming a consultant, Filip spent a year working as a software developer, focusing on solutions designed to enhance passenger experience at airports

Telco – B2B Strategy Transformation: Supported major European Telco in setting the 5-year strategy for their B2B division, incl. ambition workshops, prioritization of ongoing initiatives and competitive assessment
Paper and Packaging – Pre-sale support: Supported paper and packaging company in developing selling material for upcoming divestment of several divisions to re-position business from segments with unfavourable market conditions
Healthcare – GTM Strategy: Led workstream for organizational re-design to align with new GTM strategy for a global leader within MedTech, identifying ~10% cost reduction potential
